• Prospect and reach out to new sales leads
• Follow up on existing leads
• Maintain and cultivate growth within existing accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products/services
• Assist with order processing for existing customers
• Establish and foster customer relationships
• Monitor competitor activity, products, and marketing strategies
• Provide regular reports and feedback to management
