We're looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Belfast. You'll be representing nationally recognised brands at high-footfall locations such as shopping centres, events, and retail spaces. Day-to-Day Duties
As a Sales Representative, your day will typically involve:
Setting up and preparing promotional displays at designated public venues in Belfast (e.g. shopping centres, pop-up stalls, or event spaces)
Approaching members of the public in a friendly and professional manner to introduce the product or service
Communicating key features and benefits in a way that's engaging, informative, and tailored to the individual customer
Handling objections and questions confidently while maintaining a positive interaction
Processing new customer sign-ups accurately and efficiently using a tablet or mobile system
Managing promotional materials and maintaining a clean, branded display area throughout the day
Meeting daily and weekly sales targets, with support and coaching provided to help you succeed
Providing feedback to the team on customer responses, trends, and opportunities for improvement
You'll be working independently at times, but always with the support of a wider team and leadership structure. You'll receive clear guidance and regular check-ins to ensure you feel confident and equipped to deliver results.
