We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will engage in B2B sales, providing exceptional customer service while utilising your negotiation skills to close deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Logistics, pallet networking and warehousing to effectively manage customer accounts.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in IT systems relevant to sales management and reporting.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
