Field Sales representative Required
Caterchoice Cash & Carry is a well-established company specialising in catering products and packaging. Our company operates Cash & Carry's all over the north, and offers delivered foodservice to caterers in the north of England. Alongside this, we also have a nationwide wholesale distribution service; primarily focusing on our own label brands and imported lines.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and target driven person with a proven track record in sales. The candidate would play a key role in helping drive the company and brand presence within existing and new sectors. We are looking for a candidate with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge and experience of the catering market would be a big advantage.
The role primarily involves rep to visit Restaurants and takeaways, taking orders and also a weekly on-site presence for meetings. Day to day liaison with the Sales Manager as well as heads of other departments will be required in order to fulfil the role.
A company car and mobile telephone will be provided for this role.
Responsibilities for the position of Retail Sales Representative include:
Achieve personal and departmental sales targets
Maintain positive business relationships with existing accounts and ensuring sales and credit level requirements are fulfilled
Implement creative ideas to generate new leads and new sales
Prepare and maintain records for sales leads; progress the same through follow up visits and calls to try and convert into sales
Support wider department and team members
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints in order to ensure maximum satisfaction
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
To be considered for this role you must:
Have a proven sales track record
Have exceptional presentation and communication skills
Be well organised, and demonstrate a pro-active and flexible approach to your work
Have energy, enthusiasm and a self-motivating demeanor
Possess excellent customer service skills
Show an ability to work flexibly, and be ready for extensive travelling / driving. Also, must be ready to stay out overnight as needed (few times a month for 1-3 nights at a time).
Have good IT and presentation skills, and an excellent knowledge of office basics

Pay: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year
