Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote our products and services.
Creating and supporting your own leads as well as leads provided
Present detailed knowledge of our site, showcasing the benefits of our products to our customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that enhance product visibility.
Attend allocated events and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients. Showcase initiative
Able to comfortably work with targets sets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a online sales role or a strong desire to pursue a career in online sales.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while prioritising tasks.
Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes (e.g., CRM software).
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive in achieving sales goals.
