We're committed to delivering reliable, cost-effective services across construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors.

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the aggregates and muck-away industry to help drive new business and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and groundwork sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, developers, and site managers. Understand client requirements and offer tailored transport and material solutions. Price jobs effectively and negotiate contracts and rates. Attend site visits and meetings when required. Liaise with quarries, recycling centres, and suppliers to source materials and plan deliveries. Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales progress.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' proven experience in aggregates and muck-away sales. Strong knowledge of quarry operations and all common construction materials (e.g. Type 1, MOT, 6F2, sand, ballast, recycled aggregates, topsoil, etc.). Existing network within the industry is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented. Full UK driving licence preferred.
