Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential customers, opening new accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires strong organisational skills, time management, and the ability to sell products or services while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Duties

Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and in-person meetings. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Maintain a well-organised database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture relationships. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies that align with company goals. Prepare and present sales proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly to management. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements

Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions and calculations. Bilingual abilities in English and Urdu, Hindi, or Tamil are highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear articulation of ideas. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a sales role A passion for selling and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
