Job Responsibilities?

Sales & Customer Acquisition

- Identify and engage potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and individual buyers.

Product Promotion

- Introduce and promote badminton-related products, such as rackets, shuttlecocks, apparel, and accessories.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.

Market Research

- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.

Order Processing & Follow-Up

- Manage customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

Sales Target Achievement

- Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and company goals.

Event Participation

- Represent the company at badminton tournaments, trade shows, and promotional events.

Reporting & Feedback

- Provide regular sales reports and feedback on customer demands and market conditions.

Job Requirements:

Experience in Sales

- Prior experience in sports equipment sales or a related field is preferred.

Passion for Badminton

- Knowledge of badminton and its equipment is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and negotiate deals.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented

- Driven to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.

Basic Market Analysis Skills

- Understanding of pricing strategies and customer needs.

Flexibility & Willingness to Travel

- Ability to attend client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Proficiency in English & Local Language

- Ability to communicate with international and local clients.

Team Player

- Works well with colleagues and contributes to the company's overall success.

Compensation

?

20k base per annum (30k - 35k OTE)--The final annual salary depends on performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 1,500.00-2,000.00 per month
