Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients whilst actively seeking new business opportunities
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target audiences
Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using IT systems
Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or promotional events
Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, demonstrating successful negotiation and closing skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience in customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales management and reporting
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple accounts and tasks
Valid driving licence is essential for travel between client sites and meetings
Knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales strategies is highly desirable
