Sales Representative Job Summary: As a Sales Representative in our convenience store, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in stock management to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in locating products and provide product information. Handle sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Restock shelves and ensure displays are neat and organized. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items. Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, and wiping counters. Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally. Process deliveries and help with unloading stock as needed. Promote store promotions and special offers. Follow company policies regarding cash handling and loss prevention. Key Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not essential. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods. Light to moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
