We are a small family run business who have been Brewing for 33 years. We work onsite as a team to make lots of award winning Real Ales that we supply to our three outlets and to lots of other pubs all over the midlands and beyond.
Our focus as a business is on product quality and customer care.
We have sales targets that are worked out with the brewery and we aim at them as a team. We are hoping to find someone who is excited to engage in those discussions and help grow our customer base.
The role is split approx. 3 days onsite ringing existing and potential customers, taking orders, emails, assisting with planning delivery routes, setting up new customer profiles, account management so that customers don't get behind in payments and helping with website sales; Up to 2 days a week we would like someone who is confident and friendly to go out and maintain relationships with regular and repeat customers and visit potential new customers to talk to them about our products. We have started locally to help customers with their events, be that talks on beers or selling our products and we would like someone who is happy to do this. A love of real ales is important as are excellent social skills and a good knowledge of the industry.
Hours when on site are usually 8am - 4pm with some flexibility.
Hours for "off site visits" will need to be flexible and include a couple of evenings and weekend days a month as they will be led by our customers opening hours.
