Mack Bristol, leading fruit and veg wholesaler in the the south west area is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in a well-established and growing business. You'll be part of a close-knit team, helping to provide excellent service, build customer relationships and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Duties

Focus on customer needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of produce offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations. Contacting potential customers and follow up Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Keep the sales area tidy and well-organised

Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections from customers. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key as full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday Saturdays pro-rata 45 hrs/week negotiable early start and early finish time
