Sales Representative
to manage and grow a
million-pound territory
in the South UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in medical device sales--ideally within ophthalmology or diagnostics--who is ready to take ownership of a high-potential region and make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of ophthalmic diagnostic equipment into hospitals and private eye clinics.
Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (service, marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics.
Experience or strong understanding of the ophthalmology/eyecare market is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing a large, field-based territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the South UK.

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
