Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the management to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both the company and clients. Valid driving licence to facilitate travel to client locations as needed. Experience in sales, building rapport and demonstrating an understanding company products. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and persuasively. A good understanding of IT tools relevant to sales processes, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Mostly Word and Excel). Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and follow up on leads efficiently.
