Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet their needs
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to maximise revenue
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Manage your schedule efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events
Experience in B2B sales with a focus on building professional relationships
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite and CRM software
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to achieving targets
