Job Title: Full-time Sales Representative
Salary Structure:
Base Salary + CommissionBase Salary Range:
2,000 - 3,000/monthMinimum target:
4 deals per monthCommission/Bonus:
3% commission for each deal beyond the minimum targetMain Responsibilities:
Conduct field door-to-door sales targeting end residential customers; Visit communities and residential areas, participate in offline events, and promote products. Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and social media channels; Drive contract signing and coordinate the installation process; Maintain customer satisfaction, record sales data, and provide market feedback.
Job Requirements:
Able to adapt to field sales with strong stress tolerance; Fluent in English with strong communication skills; Sales or customer service experience preferred.
