The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and close sales. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools. Effectively manage time to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our products and services.

Experience



Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel to client locations as required.
