About Rap Therapy

Rap Therapy is a creative educational company that teaches young people how to positively express themselves through rap. We work with schools, community organisations, councils and youth services to deliver engaging workshops that support personal development, confidence-building, and wellbeing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will receive a base salary plus commission, giving you both security and strong earning potential. Your main responsibility is to generate new business while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers through sales. You will play a key role in driving the expansion of Rap Therapy's workshops and programmes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential new clients (schools, colleges, youth centres, community organisations). Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers. Present Rap Therapy's workshops and programmes clearly and persuasively. Negotiate and close sales to achieve agreed targets. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to secure repeat business. Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and progress. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of workshops.

Requirements

Previous sales experience (education, creative industries, or youth services preferred but not essential). Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline. Passion for music, creativity, or youth development is highly desirable.
