Role:



As a

Sales Representative

, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients for our Partner Salons - High End Luxury Salons & Spas. You will be our first point of contact to start a new relationship with a new client for our Partner Salons and facilitate the growth of their business.

In this role

, you'll take charge of your own pipeline, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities.

Your day-to-day

will involve delivering face-to-face conversational presentations to potential new salon clients working and living in the Surrey area. This is more than just making sales presentations;

it's about creating a phenomenal visibility for our Partner Salons, and directly facilitating the business growth of their salon business.

Your Responsibilities:



Acquire new clients by delivering face-to-face conversational presentations to potential prospects living or working in Surrey Represent SavvySalon.Club and our Partner Salons with professionalism and enthusiasm to create lasting first impressions.

Your Pay:



Welcome Pay 500 + Learning Bonus 150*
Commissions Paid Out On Weekly Basis Typically, our Sales Representatives earn

2,100-3,900+ OTE

per month, with top performers surpassing this.
Welcome Payment and Learning Bonus are subject to T&Cs and performance criteria.*

OTE: 42,500-46,800+

This is a realistic annual income when consistently hitting your targets - with up to 6 weeks off per year. Top performers often exceed this range, as your results drive your earnings.

Requirements:



Based in Surrey and able to travel to various locations across the area. Owns a smartphone. Confident and effective communicator (both in person and over the phone).*
Minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role. Comfortable with presenting and engaging people face-to-face. Open to learning and adapting to new sales processes. Open to growing rapidly Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Bonus Requirement: You own a car.
