Monday to Thursday:

9:00am - 5:00pm

Friday:

9:00am - 1:00pm

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating great customer experiences while driving sales through strong relationships and clear communication.

Key responsibilities include:

Talking to customers and clients in a positive, professional manner Promoting our products and services with confidence and enthusiasm Engaging with potential clients through B2B sales channels Answering questions and providing clear, helpful information Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Identifying new business opportunities and upselling where appropriate Negotiating and closing deals in line with company objectives Managing and maintaining a pipeline of leads using CRM/IT systems Conducting basic market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Driving company vehicles when required to visit clients or attend events Managing your time effectively across meetings, admin, and follow-ups Working as part of a supportive, friendly team to achieve shared goals
About You

You're naturally outgoing, organised, and people-focused, with the confidence to represent a brand professionally.

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, bubbly, and confident A strong communicator (verbal and written English) Well-presented, reliable, and professional Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude Organised with good time management skills Comfortable using IT systems (CRM, email, reporting tools) Able to work independently and as part of a team Holds a valid driving licence and is happy to travel when required
Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential -- full training will be provided.
