Pelsall Windows and Glass Ltd is a trusted, family-run company based in Walsall, specialising in high-quality windows, doors, and glazing products. We're proud of our strong local reputation and are now looking for a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As a Sales Representative, you will work both in the field and in our showroom, meeting customers, demonstrating our products, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Attend in-home appointments to demonstrate our product range
Meet and greet customers in the Walsall showroom
Provide professional quotes tailored to customer needs
Follow up on leads and close deals
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Achieve and exceed sales targets

Experience Needed

Previous sales experience is essential
Experience in home improvement, windows and doors, or B2C sales is highly desirable
Knowledge of the glazing or double glazing industry is a strong advantage
Must be comfortable with face-to-face sales and closing deals

Requirements

Excellent communication and closing skills
*Must have own car and full UK driving licence

Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused

*On-target earnings up to 75,000
