Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently to maximise sales potential Drive organisational growth through strategic planning and proactive outreach Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Valid driving licence and the ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office suite Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
