We are recruiting for two dynamic and experienced salespeople to join our busy sales team in Frome, Somerset.

You will be a confident and personable seller who thrives on building great relationships and loves talking about all things strength training! You will answer inbound enquiries, generate new leads and delve into our existing customer book. We offer an extensive range of world-renowned luxury gym equipment admired by millions over the globe with customisations available from designs by our engineering team to frame colour and even what stitch is on the upholstery. We want an out of the box thinker who can understand the needs of the customer and translate that into recommendations that fulfil the customers visions and more, culminating in a finished project that both you and the customer are proud of. No matter how big the order, it's imperative to us that every customer has the same exceptional service and it's our sales team who are responsible for the delivery of that.

Everything is manufactured here at our manufacturing site in Frome, Somerset and you'll be able to keep your customer updated as you see their products make their way through the manufacturing process!

Progression available within the company for the right individual (Especially as we are growing at such a rapid rate) and basic salary dependant on experience, generous commission structure.

Duties:

? Manage incoming enquiries, leads and sales

? Generate and qualify new leads

? Develop relationships with existing customers

? Place orders on our system management software

? General customer order admin

? Liaise with cross functional departments

? Ensure all customisation for any products is managed fully to customers spec.

? As we deal with customers from all around the world, sometimes you will be required to do some work outside work hours.

Skills and attributes:

? 1-3 sales experience in a similar role

? Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent - desirable

? Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions

? Strong service orientation and customer focus

? Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills

? Develops deep product and market knowledge

? Results driven approach

? Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities

? Passion for Sports, Fitness and Wellness

? Confident and eloquent communicator both verbally and in writing

? Outgoing and personable - able to build relationships with ease

? Independently motivated/Proactive

? Team player and takes accountability for decision making

? Interest in strength training/Gym Equipment and able to talk confidently about strength training equipment.

? An existing love for Watson Gym Equipment is a plus!

Basic salary 30k-40k DOE plus commission with OTE of 52,000+
