The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer service.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
