to grow our commercial client base and secure large-scale contracts.

What We're Looking For



To apply for this role, you

must have:



Experience in

construction, landscaping, or the building industry

Understanding of

commercial processes

, including: Public sector tendering Quick-quote portals Procurement frameworks Basic estimating A proactive, confident, and reliable approach to generating and converting new business Your own transport
Previous formal sales experience is a bonus -- but

industry knowledge + the right attitude

is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Tendering



Identifying new commercial opportunities across construction, landscaping, local authorities, schools, sports clubs, facilities management, and housing associations Completing

quick quotes

, tender submissions, and commercial proposals with support from our internal teams Building long-term relationships within the trade & commercial sectors

Sales & Client Management



Reaching out to decision-makers, contractors, and procurement teams Taking sales from first contact through to final agreement Presenting products and solutions with confidence

Market Awareness & Networking



Attending trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Spotting market trends and feeding ideas back into the business

Team Collaboration



Working closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure accurate pricing, smooth delivery, and exceptional customer experience
