About the Role



As an Sales Representative at Hydra Rig UK (part of NOV), you will manage global sales opportunities from enquiry to delivery, with a focus on customers in the Eastern Hemisphere. Based in Great Yarmouth, you will be responsible for building client relationships, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with teams across regions to ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Engagement



Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and follow up to secure orders Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for capital equipment and spare parts Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular updates Coordinate with service teams post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

Order & Project Management



Process purchase orders and maintain delivery schedules Ensure complete and accurate documentation Coordinate with suppliers to maintain current pricing

Customer Retention & After-Sales Support



Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues

CRM, Reporting & Financial Coordination



Maintain CRM records and report on key sales metrics Manage Letters of Credit and financial documentation Support accounts receivable to resolve outstanding debts

Marketing & Collaboration



Contribute to market analysis and trend identification Assist in content creation for marketing materials Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or account management (3+ years) Strong academic background in business, sales, marketing, or technical disciplines Proficiency in CRM systems (Compass, MS Dynamics 365 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of capital equipment, industrial sales, or oil & gas industry Familiarity with dealing with international customers. Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles
