Sales Representative

to join our close-knit team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine connections with customers, takes pride in delivering great service, and wants to be part of a company where their contribution truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to closing Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer experience Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential) Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner Results-driven with a proactive attitude Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team Genuine interest in building relationships, not just making quick sales
