The Role:
We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of SDR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving pipeline growth through both inbound and outbound efforts.
What do we do?
Eckoh's Customer Engagement Security Solutions help our clients to take payments and transact securely with their customers through all engagement channels. The solutions, which are delivered globally through our cloud platforms and protected by multiple patents, remove customer's sensitive personal and payment data from client's contact centres and IT environments. They provide merchants a simple and effective way to reduce the risk of fraud and data breaches, become compliant with security regulations, as well as enhancing their brand and increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
Qualify and respond to inbound marketing-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion to sales opportunities
Conduct outbound prospecting including calling and emailing to generate new meetings with cold leads across target industries and accounts
Work with marketing, sales, and account management to execute ABM campaigns for current and prospective customers
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline development
Continuously refine outreach tactics based on performance data and feedback
Attend the Hemel Hempstead office at least two days per week to foster collaboration and team alignment
Person Profile & Behavioral essentials:
2-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably in B2B environments
Proven success in both inbound lead qualification and outbound meeting setting
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Outreach.io
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
