Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Sales Representative to represent Marco Matteo at our exclusive pop-up store at Boxpark Shoreditch. This is a front-facing role where you'll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, introducing them to our product range, and driving sales in a vibrant, high-energy setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage potential customers in a warm and professional manner Educate customers on the Marco Matteo brand, story, and product features Assist shoppers in selecting sunglasses that suit their style and preferences Influence purchase decisions and close sales confidently Maintain a visually appealing and organised display Handle transactions accurately and efficiently Represent the brand values and aesthetics with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality Interest in fashion, accessories, or premium/luxury products is a plus Must be available for the full duration of the event
