Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct negotiations to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Organise meetings and presentations to showcase products or services to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales management (CRM software, Microsoft Office).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
