About the Role
Join our team as a
Wireless Sales Associate
for Metro by T-Mobile! You'll help customers stay connected, earn solid pay, and grow your career in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.No experience? No problem -- we'll train you!
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers with phone plans, devices & accessories Ring up sales and handle cash/POS Keep the store organized, clean, and stocked Hit sales goals with team support Stay up to date with the latest wireless tech Provide excellent service in person and over the phone

What We're Looking For:
Friendly, reliable, and ready to learn Sales or retail experience is a plus -- not required
Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates strongly preferred
