Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct B2B sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and generate leads.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
Excellent driving skills for client visits and meetings as required.
Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
