Duties

Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with clients. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Familiarity with IT products or services is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment is crucial. Time management skills are essential for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
