Job Description
Recruiting a salesperson in London, UK.
Salary Structure: Base Salary + Commission
Base Salary Range: 2,000 - 3,000/month (pre-tax)
Guaranteed Target: 4 sales per month
Commission/Bonus: 3% per additional sale beyond the guaranteed target
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales targeting residential customers.
Visit communities and residential areas, participate in offline events to promote product awareness.
Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and social media.
Facilitate contract signing and coordinate installation processes.
Maintain customer satisfaction, record sales data, and provide feedback on market trends.
Requirements:
Ability to adapt to door-to-door sales methods with strong stress resistance.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Candidates must be based in the London area and have legal residency status in the UK.
