Full-Time | Office-Based | 23,000 - 26,000 + Bonuses & Commission



Location: Kirkstall,Leeds

We are currently on the lookout for experienced B2B Appointment Setters who are ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a high-energy, sales-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:



Engaging with senior decision-makers across a range of industries to set quality appointments for our sales teams

Building rapport quickly, overcoming objections, and confidently pitching tailored solutions

Using a consultative approach to understand business needs and drive interest in our services

Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and hitting daily/weekly KPIs

What We're Looking For:



Previous B2B appointment setting experience is essential - the more, the better

Confident communication skills, resilience, and a hunger for results

A proactive and driven mindset - you enjoy the chase and thrive on commission
