Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Present, promote, and sell products/services
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

- Processing orders taking payments

- solving customers problems and issues

- answer the phone customer enquiries and also through whatsapp

- producing invoices for customers

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven work experience in sales
- Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in IT tools for sales purposes
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed
