We're looking for an energetic and driven

Sales Assistant

to join our fast-paced, friendly team. If you're confident talking to people, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for delivering great service, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers with a positive attitude and help them find exactly what they need. Build rapport and tailor product recommendations to suit each customer. Process transactions quickly and accurately for a smooth checkout experience. Keep the sales floor organised, tidy, and well-stocked. Highlight product benefits to boost customer satisfaction and increase sales. Respond to questions and resolve issues with professionalism. Use basic maths skills for cash handling and giving change. Stay organised and manage your time effectively during busy periods. Answer calls politely and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

Strong English skills (bilingual/multilingual a plus). Excellent communication and people skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Positive attitude towards upselling and exceeding customer expectations. Basic maths skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
