Job Title: Sales Representative (Logistics)

Location:

Office-based (Full-Time)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary:

26,000 - 28,000 + Commission

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Sales Representative

to join our growing team. While experience in logistics sales is preferred, it's not essential--we provide full training for the right candidate with strong sales skills and drive.

You'll play a key role in representing Banner Logistics to both prospective and existing clients, promoting our full range of transport solutions and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage daily with new and existing clients via phone and email Promote our full suite of logistics and courier services Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Proactively identify and generate new business leads Maintain and grow strong client relationships Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Attend weekly team meetings and contribute ideas Use CRM systems to manage pipelines and track interactions

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

2 years of telesales experience

Proven

track record in sales and lead generation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player Background in logistics or transport (preferred, not required)

Additional Information:

This role includes a

6-month probation period

, during which performance and suitability for the position will be regularly reviewed
