Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and close deals effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilise strong communication skills to present products and services clearly and persuasively. Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines while maintaining an organised approach to tasks. Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback for management review.

Requirements

The drive to succeed. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes (e.g., CRM software). Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation. A valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings as required.
