Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls on behalf of our clients, engaging with potential customers, and generating leads or appointments. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our vibrant office in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers on behalf of our clients. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions. Generate high-quality leads and set appointments for our clients' sales teams. Maintain accurate and up to date records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their customers. Provide feedback to the management team to improve processes and client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with client products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements



Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A confident and professional phone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a target driven environment. Proficiency in using both Windows and Mac devices. Ability to work from our office 3 days per week

26,000 Salary + OTE (9,600)
