We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with an interest in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for driving sales through effective negotiation and customer service. This role requires an individual who can manage their time efficiently while maintaining a high level of organisation. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Drive sales by identifying opportunities and effectively negotiating terms to close deals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Communicate product knowledge clearly and persuasively to potential customers. Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Utilise IT tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on progress.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in an additional language is desirable but not a requirement. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Highly organised with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-ups.
