Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers and negotiating deals. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Skills

Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both the company and customers. Ability to drive sales through effective time management strategies. Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using sales software effectively. Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
