Role Summary

:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our team at John Lewis Brent Cross. The ideal candidate will have a flair for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in retail.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Greet and assist customers in order to provide a high-quality customer service

- Provide a thorough product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain store appearance and the tidiness of the stock room

- Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines

- Achieve and exceed sales targets

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
