Location: London (Hybrid options considered)

GHF Global Telecom is expanding--and we're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to lead the charge in connecting our world-class services to Telecom operators and Data Centre clients across the UK and beyond.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Telecom and Data Centre sectors

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a consultative and solution-based sales approach

- Present GHF's services with clarity, strategy, and commercial insight

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and confidence

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations

What You Bring:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within Telecom, Data Centre, or related tech infrastructure fields

- Strong understanding of the industry's ecosystem, players, and pain points

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with purpose and drive

- Bonus: Experience in international sales or multilingual capabilities

Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.

Responsibilities



Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Negotiate terms of sales and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and promote products effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

Skills



Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Proven ability to negotiate effectively in various situations. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. Proficient IT skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets. Highly organised with attention to detail in managing customer accounts and documentation. Previous experience in sales is essential

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
