Compensation
: 12- 15 hour competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission on all products sold and performance bonuses. We also offer randomised incentives for all brand Ambassadors.

We are now looking for a vibrant, driven and self-starting Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative to help grow our community of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
Engage with healthcare professionals looking to start or advance their skills in aesthetics
Sell our accredited, advanced training courses with integrity and enthusiasm
Use social media, events, networking and your own creative strategies to generate leads
Build lasting, meaningful relationships with potential delegates
Represent our brand at exhibitions, training days and industry events
Work closely with our marketing team to help deliver innovative, high-performing campaigns
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with full support and recognition from leadership
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Pipedrive experience is an advantage)
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales, ideally within aesthetics, healthcare or training but not essential
Excellent phone confidence and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve
A creative thinker with the ability to take ownership and act on initiative
Strong relationship-building skills with a people-first approach
Organised and confident using CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
Willing and able to attend UK wide events and training at our London centre when required
Experience as a freelancer or in self- employed roles
