Purpose of the Role

Sales Representatives

to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
One of the positions will specifically focus on developing and managing the

French market

. Fluency in

French and English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales Achievement



Achieve assigned sales targets within agreed timelines (monthly, quarterly, annually), ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth and profitability goals. Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quotas and contributing to year-on-year sales increases. Embrace progressively higher sales objectives as set by the company, reflecting business growth and market opportunities. Monitor and report sales performance regularly, providing timely updates to management. Expand client portfolio through acquisition of new accounts and improve retention rates. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture opportunities and maximise revenue potential.

2. Client Relationship & Customer Visits



Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective and existing clients, clearly communicating benefits and value. Build and maintain positive customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for assigned accounts. Handle client inquiries, returns, price changes, and discounts in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints effectively to maximise satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Proactively generate leads and engage new prospects through targeted outreach and networking. Conduct regular customer visits based on monthly plans, considering client buying patterns, credit status, and sales potential. Maintain detailed client records (visit notes, credit status, sales data, stock analysis, promotions, product samples). Analyse customer performance to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Business Development



Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities. Develop new sales channels, markets, and customer segments beyond the existing client base. Generate and qualify leads via networking, referrals, events, online platforms, and partnerships. Pursue prospective clients with tailored presentations and proposals, converting them into long-term customers. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support customer acquisition. Explore innovative approaches to growth, including new products, promotions, and distribution models. Track and evaluate new initiatives, providing feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.

4. Market Feedback & Reporting



Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering: Client records and visit notes Completed activities and highlights Top and bottom performing accounts with analysis and improvement plans Updates or changes to monthly plans Aged debtor updates (>90 days) with action plans Immediate issues requiring urgent attention Maintain accurate sales documentation (system entries, proposals, contracts, promotional materials). Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals as required.

Market Feedback & Insights



Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments. Provide management with actionable insights on customer needs, market opportunities, and competitor positioning. Analyse territory/market potential and track progress to identify areas for growth. Continuously improve sales performance by applying feedback from management, clients, and team reviews.

5. Daily Responsibilities



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in company systems. Commit to continuous professional development (communication, negotiation, product knowledge). Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational guidelines, and relevant industry regulations. Manage company expenses responsibly: Submit expenses with receipts by the 10th of each month. Approved expenses reimbursed with salary at month-end. Misuse of company funds will be treated as serious misconduct.

Requirements / Qualifications



Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or similar role (B2B experience preferred). Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client relationship management skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

For the France-focused role:

Fluency in

French and English

(spoken and written) is required. Flexibility to travel for client visits, trade shows, and events as required. Willingness and ability to travel across Europe for client visits, trade shows, or business meetings.
