Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Investment Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our investor network. In this position, you'll pitch our property development services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, ultimately raising capital for our development projects ranging from Buy To Lets up to Large Development Sites. This is an opportunity to leverage your financial sales expertise in a high-reward environment where your success directly impacts our national scaling ambitions.
For your reference our investor leads are generated through our marketing channels who then book a call in with our sales representatives. There will also be benefits to those who can source their own investors outside of our direct marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and engage potential investors, selling our property development services and investment opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to investor needs, highlighting project potential and returns.
Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover new opportunities in property investment.
Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives to support our growth mission.
Requirements
Proven experience in financial services, sales, or investment roles - ideally a minimum of 10 years.
Strong track record in pitching to investors, raising capital, or closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote setup initially, while being based in or near Central London for meetings.
Familiarity with property development, financial services, real estate investment, or related sectors is a plus.
