Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is an entry-level to intermediate sales role designed for individuals passionate about renewable energy and building a career in sales. The role focuses on engaging inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for Survey.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify inbound leads who have enquired about Insulation and Heating Upgrades
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and energy goals.
Educate prospects on ECO4 and GBIS Grants
Book qualified appointments for surveys.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Continuously develop knowledge about the ECO4 and GBIS grants and Green Environment installations.
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or telesales role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
Quick learner with a passion for renewable energy and technology.
Comfortable speaking with residential clients.
