Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Field Sales Representative to visit retail shops, introduce our product range, and build strong relationships with store owners and managers. Your main goal will be to pitch our products effectively and expand our presence across new and existing outlets.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

Travel to different shops daily to pitch and promote our product range Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth Gather feedback from retailers and share insights with the team Ensure product displays and stock levels meet company standards

Desired Skills & Experience

Previous experience in field sales, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Understanding of Afro-Caribbean products is beneficial but

not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-64,250.48 per year

Work Location: In person
