To support our growth, we are looking for a driven

Sales Representative

who will focus entirely on acquiring new customers and expanding our commercial success.



As a

Sales Representative

, you are the commercial face of Apps for Tableau. You focus on new business, identifying opportunities in the international market and proactively engaging with potential customers.

You understand organizational needs, map out their data challenges, and position our solutions in a compelling way. You build relationships, schedule and conduct product demos (independently or with Technical Sales Support), and guide prospects smoothly through the sales cycle--from first contact to closing.

You work closely with Marketing, Technical Sales Support, and Customer Success to ensure that new customers have an excellent onboarding experience.

This role is ideal for someone with commercial drive, a scale-up mindset, and affinity with data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Acquisition



Actively generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales targets. Qualify leads and quickly assess commercial potential. Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotes, and contracts. Coordinate and deliver product demos (with Technical Sales Support when needed).

Relationship Management & Market Development



Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospective client organizations. Identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the market. Represent Apps for Tableau at (international) events, webinars, and conferences.

Collaboration & Internal Alignment



Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaigns into concrete sales results. Handover new customers to Customer Success for onboarding. Provide market insights to the Product team for continuous product development.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Must-haves



1-3 years of commercial experience in sales, business development, or account management. Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or data/analytics solutions is a strong plus. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Commercial drive--you enjoy working with targets, achieving results, and closing deals. Affinity with data analytics, BI tools, or technology-driven solutions. Able to work independently, yet quick to collaborate when needed. Solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.

Nice-to-have



Knowledge of Tableau Software, Power BI, or broader BI environments. Experience with international sales processes. Experience in scale-ups or fast-growing organizations.
